The DW115CNC-5AMSV is a powerful CNC pipe bending machine designed for large-diameter and thick-walled tubes. With 5-axis control — servo-driven feeding, rotation, and bending, plus hydraulic clamping and mandrel movement — this model delivers high precision and stability in heavy-duty production environments. It is ideal for shipbuilding, offshore engineering, power plants, structural steel fabrication, and high-volume automotive components.
Machine features:
Using industrial touch screen, with the simple operation interface in English; high precision, high degree of automation and multi-functional; each action of machine is controlled by PLC programmer control system.
1. Fully automatic and CNC pipe bending machine.
2. Equipped with servo motor programmable axis
3. Feeding: servo motor drive; Rotation: servo motor drive
4. Bending: hydraulic and encoder control.
5. Imported hydraulic system and PLC(standard) unit.
6. Automatic lubrication system for moving areas.
7. Self-diagnostic system, detecting the error immediately.
8. Multiple groups pipe-bending information storage.
9. Electric cabinet cooling fan and the hydraulic cooling system ensure the equipment long-time work stably under the high temperature.
10. Touch screen and human/machine interface control provide user friendly operations.
