Congratulations to BLMA for having the honor to sign a contract with a retailer customer in Zambia and become their pipe bending machine supplier. The client placed the first order of 5 sets of pipe bender (DW38NC, DW50NC, DW63NC, DW75NC and DW89NC) at the end of July. BLMA do bending test on each tube bending machine and each set of molds before shipment. And we take videos and photos to the customer for inspection. After getting client's approval, client arrange the balance payment and we arrange shipment.

The picture below is a 75mm diameter x 1.6mm wall thickness iron pipe bent with a DW89NC pipe bender. The bending radius is 2.5OD.

No wrinkles, it's a nice bending!
