Application of pipe bender in motorcycle production

The pipe bender has become an essential processing instrument in many industries, which is most used in the furniture industry. The bending process of tables, chairs and benches is beautiful and convenient. Pipe bending machine is also widely used in transportation, the most common being bicycle. The motorcycle industry with the same structure also needs to rely on small pipe bending machine processing.
 
The first is the motorcycle frame. As the main structure of the motorcycle frame, it is necessary to control the weight and consider the structural strength, so the frame composed of pipe fittings is nothing more than the best choice.

Then there's engine protection.

The core component of a car is the engine. If the engine is not well protected, the vehicle will also lose power, so the engine bracket also needs to be supported by high-strength pipe fitting structure.

Each part of the assembly is linked by rivets or bolts, although it will be fixed firmly, but because it is not a part, so no matter how fixed after long-term use or overload practical will appear loose. The bending pipe fittings for the main frame is mostly formed by one bending, only need to increase the connection support appropriately, its strength is better than the ordinary assembly. So most manufacturers choose the processing method will give priority to bending molding process.
