3. Adjust the required position and angle of the parts, and position the parts to the required length.
4. Adjust the vertical lifting guide rail so that the guide mold compacting cylinder can advance and clamp the iron tube tightly.
5. Make the clamp cylinder compact to clamp the iron pipe.
6. Normal operation Put the workpiece into the bending mold, and the front end is in contact with the positioning. Press the foot switch to complete the operation.
7. After the work is completed, cut off the power and do the cleaning and lubrication work.
8. In case of emergency operation of the pipe bender, press the emergency stop button, then turn the rotary switch to the manual position, and reset it manually. If a fault occurs, please report it in time for repair.

1. When operating the pipe bender, it must be operated in strict accordance with the operating regulations (emphasis).
2. The pipe bender must be kept clean. Please apply anti-rust grease to the unpainted parts.
3. Add lubricating oil regularly, fixedly and quantitatively according to the requirements of the lubrication chart before the pipe bender is turned on, and the oil should be clean without sedimentation.
4. Regularly check and repair the switch, insurance and handle to ensure its reliable operation.
5. The lubricating oil in the motor bearing should be replaced and filled regularly, and the motor part is often checked for normal operation.
6. Regularly check whether the V-belt, handle, knob and button are damaged, and they should be replaced in time if they are severely worn.
7. It is strictly forbidden for non-designated personnel to operate the equipment. Usually, people must stop the machine.
8. In the 10 minutes before off work every day, lubricate and clean the pipe bender.
