There are three types: motor drive, hydraulic drive, and motor-hydraulic hybrid drive.


1. Motor drive
Today in modern industry, most of the power sources of mechanisms and devices are driven by motors to provide power for the basic actions of the entire device. The motor provides the source power, and there are many ways in the power transmission process. For example, the motor can be used to drive the gears, racks, cams, connecting rods, and other mechanisms to design a bender that meets the requirements according to the situation.

2. Hydraulic drive


With the continuous development of industrial technology, hydraulic transmission technology is one of the fastest-growing technologies in mechanical equipment, especially in recent years, has entered a new stage of development. The hydraulic transmission and control system is widely used in various industries due to its advantages of large transmission power, control accuracy, fast response speed and easy implementation of integrated control of motor fluid. The hydraulic pipe bending machine powered by hydraulic pressure is a new type of pipe bending mechanism, which has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient operation, safe use, fast loading and unloading, and multi-use of one machine.


3. Motor hydraulic hybrid drive


Although the hydraulic elbow has the advantages of large transmission power, high control accuracy and fast response speed, it also has some shortcomings, such as: due to too many actions of the operator, the production efficiency is low; the machine has large losses and the service life is reduced; It requires many operators, large labor costs, and high product costs. Therefore, in further research, it is proposed to use motor-hydraulic hybrid drive, so that the most reasonable driving method can be used at the respective advantages of the motor and hydraulic pressure to reduce production costs, improve production efficiency, and improve processing accuracy.
