The advantages of hydraulic pipe benders include: reasonable structure, convenient operation, safe use, fast loading and unloading, and one machine with multiple functions. Now it has been widely used in various industries. Let's now discuss the transformation technology of semi-automatic hydraulic pipe bender.
The working principle of the semi-automatic hydraulic pipe bender is:
1) The oil pump starts;
2) Press SB4, KA2 is powered, enter the core, and sO1 is reached;
3) Press SB5, KA3 is energized, clamped, and it is finished when it touches SO2;
4) Press SB6, KA4 is powered on, and after pressing, it is finished when it touches 8O3;
5) Press SB7, KA5 is powered, and push forward until it reaches 8/4;
6) Reset SB7 by itself and return all.
Although the original semi-automatic hydraulic pipe bender has the advantages of large transmission power, high control accuracy, and fast response speed, it also has the following shortcomings:
1) The production efficiency is low due to too many operations;
2) The machine wears a lot and its service life is shortened;
3) Many operators are required, labor costs are relatively large, and product costs are relatively high.
Realization of automation
A. Modification idea: Since the four actions of the original pipe bender are not linked, we need to link the actions. We use the proximity switch to link the four actions, but the proximity switch will not have enough time interval for the four actions. This affects the product quality; later, the time relay is used to increase the time interval between the four actions, so that the four linked actions are carried out in an orderly manner, thereby ensuring the product quality.
B. Working principle after modification: The working principle diagram of the hydraulic pipe bender after modification is shown in Figure 2. Its automatic working principle is: press the automatic operation button SB3 to start core feeding, and when it encounters XK5, stop core feeding and start clamping Tighten, wait 3s to clamp the tube, touch XK4, stop the tube clamp, start pressing, wait 3s, push forward and bend at the same time, the whole process is completed, automatically return, loosen the pressure, loosen the clamp, reverse bend, retreat Core, the whole process is over.
C. The transformed fully automatic hydraulic pipe bender has the following advantages:
1) Operators, movements are reduced, production efficiency is improved, and operators are reduced;
2) Reduced machine loss and extended service life;
3) Yield and product quality are improved.
