The processing technology of the pipe bending machine in our country sprouted from the Bronze Age, and gradually formed and developed. Nowadays, my country's machine tool manufacturing has basically matured, especially on ordinary machine tools. To be precise, the machine tool is the carrier of advanced manufacturing technology. The quality of mechanical products, update speed, adaptability, and efficiency depend on the machine tool to a considerable extent. Today we will tell you how to use a tube bender to make an aluminum tube evaporator.


The tube bender is a special equipment for processing the aluminum tube evaporator of the refrigerator, so how is it made? Generally, what is needed is mobile clamp, fixed clamp, left bending machine, right bending machine, pipe cutting machine, rotating worktable, sliding guide rail and raw material tray. In this example, a 10mm thick aluminum cooling tube is processed into the evaporator shape shown.


Different refrigerators, the shape of the evaporator is also different. The process parameters (L1-L4) and the bending number (n1-n4) of each section are different, and the promotion can be solved through appropriate adjustments.


The working process of the bending machine to make the refrigerator aluminum tube evaporator is as follows:

First, loosen the fixed clamp first, and when asked, the movable clamp clamps the processed aluminum tube and moves forward along the guide rail; after moving forward, the limit switch sends a signal to prompt the fixed clamp to clamp the aluminum tube, and the movable clamp follows Release and move back to reset; then the left bending machine starts to work, and the rotating table moves to the left. When the left turn is in place, a signal is sent to prompt the right bending machine to start working, and the workbench turns right. When the right bending is in place, it is determined whether to continue processing or finish processing according to the bending times counter. If the processing is finished, cut the aluminum tube, and then perform the second cycle.
