1. The pipe bend head can be moved laterally along the guide rail. This is necessary for the pipe bender to adjust the pipe groove of the bend pipe to be aligned with the center line of the machine tool after replacing the bend die. This is easier than adjusting the machine centerline with the guide rail and tailstock on the bed.

2.The trolley that completes the linear feed motion (DBB) is pulled forward by the pipe during the bending process of the pipe. In this way, the "positive thrust" is removed, thereby eliminating the synchronization problem between the trolley and the bending speed, and the negative feedback system of the DC motor provided for increasing the "positive thrust" is removed, which simplifies the electrical circuit. Because the positive thrust is beneficial to the bending of the pipe, especially when bending a pipe with a large diameter, a positive thrust is necessary. Therefore, the VB pipe bender has added a booster device.

3. During bending, the trolley is used as a load to be pulled forward by the pipe. In order to improve the bending, avoid excessive thinning of the wall thickness of the bent part of the pipe, reduce rebound, and add a booster device. When bending, the stamper not only compresses the tube, but is pushed forward by the boosting force to form a side thrust to assist the bend.


4. The pipe bending arm and the bending main shaft are integrated into one body, the pipe bending die shaft can be replaced, and the clamping mold moves up and down. This not only has a reasonable structure, increases the strength of the mechanical part, but also has a simple structure, which simplifies the electrical circuit.


5. When entering the last corner, the trolley may collide with the stamper. At this time, the "interference zone" function can be used, that is, the stamper returns → the trolley continues to feed → the pipe arm returns → space corner (POB) → clamp Clamping → The chuck is released, the trolley exits the interference area → the die is pressed tightly → the pipe is bent. In this way, the pipe bend not only avoids the collision between the trolley and the die, ensures the successful completion of the last bend, but also reduces the material head clamping loss and reduces the production cost.

6. The machine bed adopts welding structure, which is simple and compact.
