The operation method of automatic pipe bender:

1. Before operation, first check whether each smooth point of the automatic pipe bender is short of oil, whether the movement organization is loose, and whether the safety protection equipment is reliable. It can be operated only after being recognized.

2. Start the automatic pipe bender oil pump and check whether the system pressure can be maintained within the regular range. If it is high, the hydraulic components and power supply will be damaged. If it is too low, the operation will be affected.

3. Adjust the required orientation and viewpoint of the parts.

4. Adjust the guide rail so that the pipe can be clamped when the guide die pressing cylinder moves.

5. When operating the automatic pipe bender, gather your thoughts and stop putting your hands or other items into the operation area.

6. After the operation, cut off the power supply and do a good job of sanitary and smooth operation.

7. If any fault is found, report for repair in time.

Maintenance method of hydraulic pipe bender

1. Each joint of the hydraulic pump station of the hydraulic pipe bender is equipped with oil resistant rubber sealing ring. If the sealing ring is damaged or leaks oil, it shall be replaced in time.

2. When cleaning the oil tank of hydraulic pipe bender, clean the oil inlet filter of each pump.

3. Clean the oil tank and filter the primary hydraulic tank within 1-2 months after the hydraulic pipe bender is put into use.

4. Check the fasteners of all parts to make them in the fastening state.
