Advantages of multi-stack tube bending machine
When talking about CNC hydraulic tube bender with 2A-1S and 4A-2S, many customers don’t know the exact meaning of “S”. The “S” refers to the stack. The dies of a hydraulic pipe bending machine is more than one stack, so that we call it multi-stack pipe bending machine.
A multi-stack pipe bending machine is exclusively designed with several sets or stacks of tools. All of the dies including wiper die, pressure die, clamping die, and bending die are stacked in the machines to carry out several bends together.

In the past, when the pipe has multiple bending radius, we could only bend the product with multiple bending radius by changing the tooling. However, the installation and disassembly of the bending fixture not only requires high professional skills of the operator, but also leads to low production efficiency, and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the bending process and the roundness of the bending.
Therefore, at present, for products designed with multi-bending radius, we usually use multi-stack CNC pipe bending machine, which can automatically realize the tooling moving up and down and left and right, so that the product can be processed at a time. It's very convenient.
