How a press brake avoids interference
Tube bending is a fabrication process used to form tubes permanently. The resulting bend of the operation depends on the tooling, the geometry of the bend, material, and lubrication. It is a very important machine during the process. As a matter of fact, it is also important to take a focus on the tooling collisions.

Currently in the market, the CNC mandrel tube bender is usually clamped by direct pushing (as shown below in Figure 1):

Figure 1  Clamping by direct pushing
Direct pushing would not affect simple pipe fitting. However, if the clamping die is retracted, the work piece within the red frame (below in the in the Figure 2) could not be placed as a result. And it is not suitable for some more complex work pieces. There will be collisions when action picking-up. Sometimes it even affects the bending accuracy.

In order to avoid collisions, BLMA CNC steel tube bender use the following structure to avoid the clamping interference. Changing the way of clamping by direct pushing, the green part (below in Figure 3) would not interfere the pipe fittings, which could be easily taken out. For complex work pieces, our cnc tubing bender can also easily complete.
