Is the oil tank filled with hydraulic oil?Is there an oil leak?Is there an oil leak?Are the connections normal? and so on, if the above situation occurs, and it needs to be repaired in time before the machine is started.
2.Restart the hydraulic oil station system of the pipe bender, is there any noise?
Is the motor running in the correct direction? If not, the electrician will need to adjust the wiring sequence of the three-phase power supply.
Is the hydraulic system oil pressure within the normal range? If the oil pressure is too high, the hydraulic components will be damaged. If the oil pressure of the hydraulic system is too low, the pipe bender will not work properly.

3.According to the drawing requirements of the product, select the pipe with the suitable diameter and length, and set the required Bending parameters on the operation interface, which must be accurate.

4.Then adjust the position of each mold and feeding carriage on the pipe bending machine according to the drawings.

5.Adjust the position of the limit switch according to the travel of the feeding carriage.

6. According to the parameters on the drawing, adjust the hydraulic cylinder of the clamping die to compress the pre-bent pipe tightly.

7. After adjusting the pre-bending pipe to the appropriate position of each mold, the specific operation of trial bending can be carried out. Step on the foot switch to operate the machine for bending.

8. When an abnormal phenomenon occurs during the pipe bending process, please press the emergency stop button to stop the operation, analyze the cause of the failure, and then continue to the next step until the pipe bending function operates normally. If the pipe bender has a safety hazard after inspection, or the system itself is faulty. Please contact the factory for on-site repair.

9. After the bending test is completed, check whether the product meets the requirements of the product drawing. If the drawing requirements are met, the next stage of work or mass production can be carried out.
