What are the regular maintenance requirements for the pipe cutter？

1. In addition to focusing lenses which require scrubbing once a day, other lenses should be scrubbed once a month to keep the lenses clean.

2. The cooling water replacement cycle in water coolers is generally 3 months. In summer, the amount of water in the water tank should be checked once a month to avoid water shortage in the water tank caused by the hot weather and the water should be replenished in time. When using a water cooler in an icy environment in winter, add an antifreeze to the cooling water.

3. The moving parts of the machine tool of the cold saw machine are precision moving parts, which should ensure long-term lubrication. Most pipe cutting machines use automatic lubrication to periodically fill the grease. If it is manually filled, it should be filled once a week.
