BLMA: 3 Points of Regular Maintenance of Pipe Cutting Machine
2020-02-18

Our pipe cutting machine uses imported HSS steel circular saw blades for cutting. The speed of the saw blade is 3200 rpm. The cutting section of the metal pipe is smooth and without burrs, and the section does not need to be processed again. The tube cutting machine has good safety performance and is equipped with a foot pneumatic switch. The saw blade cuts from bottom to top, which is safe and reliable. It is especially suitable for cutting and cutting materials that require precision such as copper and aluminum heat sinks. The pipe cutter should adjust the tool and clamp the work before cutting. The parking baffle must be fixed, and work can only be carried out after testing in the order of clamping, loosening, forward and backward.

What are the regular maintenance requirements for the pipe cutter

1. The external optical path lens of the tube cutting machine refers to all the lenses outside the laser and inside the tube cutting machine, including reflective lenses, circular polarized lenses, anti-reflection lenses and focusing lenses. In addition to focusing lenses which require scrubbing once a day, other lenses should be scrubbed once a month to keep the lenses clean.

2. The cooling water replacement cycle in water coolers is generally 3 months. In summer, the amount of water in the water tank should be checked once a month to avoid water shortage in the water tank caused by the hot weather and the water should be replenished in time. When using a water cooler in an icy environment in winter, add an antifreeze to the cooling water.

3. The moving parts of the machine tool of the cold saw machine are precision moving parts, which should ensure long-term lubrication. Most pipe cutting machines use automatic lubrication to periodically fill the grease. If it is manually filled, it should be filled once a week.
