Due to the impact of the COVID-19, the after-sales service of transnational trade has a certain challenge. If the machine cannot be used normally after arriving at the site, even if there is no manufacturer to provide installation assistance, the cooperation will be affected in the same way. Customers can only seek help from the manufacturer if they are unable to use it. The manufacturer cannot achieve good guidance through phone calls or emails. Finally, the problem could not be solved and the shearing machine still could not be used.

And what we're introducing to this issue is an aftermarket approach that will significantly reduce that concern:

1) Operation instructions and installation instructions will be put in when the guillotine shearing machine is delivered.
2) If onsite installation is difficult, we will provide corresponding guidance videos.

1. If there are questions about the instructions. we will have professional personnel to do a text version of the question point to answer in detail.
