The model of the tube bender is generally D-CNC-BA-CS, where B is the number of axes of the pipe bender, C is the number of layers required, and D is the size of the pipe bender. How to determine whether the size of the pipe bender is applicable according to the raw materials?

General materials are divided into the following types (Figure 1): round tube, oval tube, square tube, rectangular tube, angle steel, channel steel

Among them, you only need to know the diameter of the round tube. For example, the round tube of 20 should choose 38CNC; the oval tube needs to choose the long diameter or the short diameter according to the bending method; the square tube, the rectangular tube, and the channel need to calculate the diagonal; the angle steel is based on the side length.

The above is the data corresponding to the size of the pipe bending machine selected for various materials, what is horizontal bending and what is vertical bending. Figure 2 compares the elliptical pipe.
