In contrast, the CNC pipe bending machine can be programmed to complete other steps except for the manual feeding, while the NC requires manual participation in addition to bending, feeding, feeding, and cornering. Therefore, it is recommended to use CNC if the bending is complicated on the machine and the number of bends is large. If there are only one or two bends, semi-automatic pipe bending machine can be considered if the efficiency of cutting and bending is not high. The pipe bending machine is also relatively simple to distinguish from the appearance.

NC pipe bending machine is obviously different from CNC: there is no trolley auxiliary push function in Figure 1, and the pipe length needs to be manually measured and pushed.

This is an ordinary 2A1S pipe bending machine which also has an optional mandrel. Except for the car, the NC pipe bender is basically the same as the CNC structure. The function of the car is to replace the manual positioning of the pipe fittings. It can rotate the pipe fittings and push the pipe fittings forward according to the set program.In addition to its body, the structure of the pipe bender also has an indispensable part: the mold.If a machine can do the job for you, then no mold is equal to a job without tools.
