There are two commonly used methods of supporting materials. Lifting the supporting materials is mostly used for thicker pipe fittings. It is used for holding the material and holding the thin tube to prevent deformation. Therefore, it is recommended to use the front support mechanism when the pipe bend is complicated or too long. When the end of the pipe is clamped and moved forward, there will be interference between the front support and the clamping jaw. If the front support is closed prematurely, the pipe will collapse. For this problem, different systems have different solutions. One is to set the opening position of the bracket: input the relevant numerical value and the support will drop or open when the trolley moves to the specified position, so that the trolley can pass normally. The other is through the induction switch. When the trolley triggers the induction switch, the front support material will automatically retract.
