1.Read the manual
Before using it, the first thing you should do is to carefully read and understand the manual that comes with it. If there is any confusion, please contact professional technicians or your machine dealer in time.
2.Add hydraulic oil and connect three-phase power
After buying a new ss pipe bending machine, you need to check whether there is any damage. After checking, connect the three-phase power and add hydraulic oil. There’s different requirements of the hydraulic oil in different regions. The manufacturer will inform their customers right information.

3. Install the dies
While the machine is debugged, start by checking the size of the pipe you intend to bend. Then, select the die that is based on the size of the pipe. By the way, if you only need one set of die, installation of the dies will be done before shipping generally. To install the die properly, it is necessary to install it into the die slot after removing the pivot pin, and secure the die in its place when using the pivot pin.

4. Place and position the pipe
Mark the point you want to bend and fit it into the machine. If needed, place some support under it to keep it in the proper bending position. Support the pipe correctly in order not to cause damage to it. Be sure to grease the angle bracket side in contact with the pipe. Place the bracket into the mounting hole as marked on the bent frame. The nook supports must be set in the correct symmetrical clearance, as this is important to prevent the machine from being damaged by pipes during operation.

5.Precautions
When operating a hydraulic pipe bending machine, you should stay away from the cylinder and stand on the releasing handle’s side. Don’t stretch over the device while it’s operating. Please don’t place your hands, fingers, or any other part of your body in a position that might get trapped or pinched.
