Automatic pipe bender is mainly composed of mechanical parts, hydraulic system and PLC control system. The PLC control system of the automatic pipe bender is small in size, complete in functions and high in reliability. In order to make the product stable and easy to maintain, we adopt a control system with PLC as the main controller on the pipe bender.
This kind of automatic tube bender control system consists of human-machine interface (HMI), programmable controller (PLC), servo motor, oil cylinder, etc. The control system uses PLC as the core controller and the touch screen as the operating terminal. PLC accepts operation control on the touch screen and control signals such as the position signal and bending angle of the hydraulic cylinder, so that the hydraulic cylinder operates in a prescribed order. On the one hand, the touch screen transmits the operation control signals and parameters of the pipe bender to the PLC; on the other hand, it displays the PLC control results and operating information on the touch screen to realize dynamic monitoring during the production process. When a fault occurs, the touch screen will switch to the alarm interface, displaying the fault information, which is convenient for fault handling.
