The effect of the speed of each part of the pipe bender

Figure 1 System programming interface

Figure 1 is the programming screen in our system settings. You can see that each of the data is by a numerical flag for SP. This value represents the pipe bender machine speed of this action, which is 9 beats from slow to fast from 1-9. In addition to programming here, there are a lot of speed Settings in the system, such as auxiliary push speed, pressure die follow speed and so on. So how do we set it up?

To get a sense of some of the speed Settings inside the system,

1. The speed of opening and closing the mold. The slow speed set in the case of center of gravity offset can give the operator enough time to observe whether the pipe is offset from the mold. It is usually set up before leaving the factory.

2. Pressure die follow speed and auxiliary push follow speed. Its speed needs to be combined with the bending speed in YBC in the program Settings, and its forward push speed can be combined with the pipe bending action to ensure that the pipe fitting will not be deformed and fractured.

Figure 2 The influence of pressure die forward speed

1) If the speed is too fast and the pipe is pushed to the front before bending and pulling is completed, the internal accumulation will be formed;

2) If the speed is too slow and the bending and pulling of the front pipe is finished, the external tear will be formed if the pipe fitting cannot be pushed synchronously at the rear.

In combination with these internal parameters, we take a look at the speed set by the external program during editing:

Y: Represents the speed of positioning and feeding distance before bending, which only affects the production speed. But when you use the push-bend function it determines the final flatness of your large arc fitting. If the speed is too high, the front pipe fittings have not been shaped, which will finally lead to the wrong bending size. Too slow is inefficient.

B: It represents the bending Angle, and its speed determines the bending effect. If the speed is too high, the pipe will not be completely shaped, and the Angle will not be correct. If it does not cooperate well with the pushing speed of the pressure die, there will be wrinkles or fractures on it.

C: Represents the rotation Angle of pipe. Its speed only affects the production speed. Only when you use push bending to make spiral pipe fitting, its speed and Y's speed will have the same effect.

The speed setting with the action of benders pipe is the pipe bending quality can be improve a lot, but more than pipe bender hydraulic control, so there will be, the oil temperature of the need to observe the pipe bending machine work, of course usually equipped with air cooling system, so the influence of oil temperature will happen only after a long time job.
