What if the punching machine doesn't punch?

When you buy a new punching machine or use a long time after the punching machine system has insufficient pressure, resulting in the punching of the pipe does not move, then how to quickly identify the problem and solve it? The problem spots are generally different between new power press machine  and those that have been used for a while.

1 . New power press punching machine pressure insufficient solution:

1)First confirm whether the hydraulic oil according to the normal steps to fuel the tank; Whether the refueling has reached the required amount of oil. If there is no hydraulic oil or insufficient amount of oil, the cylinder naturally has no pressure. Since the tank size of different machines is different, it needs to be filled according to the manufacturer's recommendation.

2). When purchasing the machine, is the ordered machine corresponding to the thickness of the flushed pipe fitting? For example, the machine you ordered flushed 1mm thick pipe fitting, but your pipe fitting is 2mm thick, then the corresponding cylinder pressure is not enough to punch the hole.

2 . How to solve the insufficient pressure of the punching machine for a period of time?

1). First check the quality of hydraulic oil, if the quality of oil is general,it needs to be replaced once a year. If the quality is very poor, it is recommended to change to a better quality oil.

2). Check whether the hydraulic oil pump is damaged or leaked, then it needs to be replaced with a new one.
