Assisted push of push bending machine

When customers buy the automatic pipe bending machine, they will meet the manufacturer's recommendation of the bending machines for pipe and tube with assisted push function. Some customers will have questions. My product only has one or two bends and there is no big arc. This is actually determined according to the shape of your workpiece, let's have a specific understanding below.

The assisted push in what case need? The first and most common is the big arc, because the arc bending is first fixed at an Angle by the wheel clamping mold (Figure 1).

Then it is made by pushing the pipe fitting forward by the feeding car, so the main action during processing comes from the feeding car. This requires a small roof to increase the power of the motor.

Then the customer will have questions，it is very simple bend, but because of the push function and increase the car motor. This problem is generally because the holding distance is too short. If the two bends are perpendicular to each other, the molding clamp can be used to complete without the need for post-assisted push. However, when the two bends are in a plane, the molding clamp can not be used, because the clamping length is generally required to be greater than two times the pipe diameter when the clamping die is designed. If it is less than this coefficient, the clamping force of the clamping die is not enough, and the reaction force of the steel pipe will be collected during bending, leading to bending deformation of the pipe fitting (Figure 2).

At this time, in order to reduce the deformation caused by too short clamping die, it is necessary to use the rear assisted push to help the clamping die to share most of the bending force.
