Method of bending closed pipe fittings

The closed pipe fitting refers to the fact that the product made by the pipe fitting is connected at the end of the original design, but the actual processing often cannot achieve such a structure, and sometimes the pipe bender has certain workspace requirements and special processing mode. Its movement mode and structure will affect the processing process. How to solve this problem？

First, let's talk about the processing of closed pipe fittings, which is determined by the processing mode. As is known to all, a closed loop is formed by the final stroke of a straight pipe fitting after multi-end bending, while the two ends of the pipe fitting need to be welded after docking to form a closed loop, as shown in Figure 1.

Of course, this kind of annular workpiece can not be processed all at once, he will bend and turn with the pipe bending machine interference. The simplest way to deal with this interference is to split the whole piece into two pieces, as shown in Figure 2:

The biggest advantage of this is to simplify the original multi-segment bending process, as in the picture of pipe fittings, the original ten bends can be divided into five. This modification allows the flip to be controlled.
