You can try whether adding the lifting rod will reduce the deformation through operation. If you really can't find the problem, we will need you to provide a complete video of the operation process, so that we can find the problem more easily.

Then it is not recommended to change molds frequently to make different products when learning to use them in the early stage. Although there are many kinds of pipe and tube bender machine, its working principle and operation are the same. If you can master the production of a workpiece including debugging mold, the placement of pipe fitting position, most of the pipe fitting through the same operation and debugging can be completed by themselves.
