The difference between YBC data and XYZ data of pipe


Before summarizing the difference, let's understand the meaning of the next two data, the first is YBC:

The three letters of YBC represent three parameters respectively


Y: The feeding distance of the automatic pipe bending machine trolley, 150, 100 and 40 in Figure 1. Because the dies of the electric pipe bending machine are corresponding, only the distance of the straight line is needed. This data refers to the distance from the center line of the wheel die to the step of the trolley gripper (E in Figure 2)

B: During the pipe bending process, according to the rotation angle of the trolley to the pipe fitting, the 165° in Figure 1 is the actual two values achieved by two rotations, which should be 165+[(180-165)/2]=172.5°

C: The angle of the cnc pipe bending machine head to the pipe forming when bending the pipe, 65° and 68° in Figure 1 is the data of C


The XYZ parameter is a three-dimensional space value of a bending point


1-6 in Figure 3 are the spatial coordinate points during data entry, where 1 is the origin and is recorded as (0, 0, 0). It can be seen that the value of XYZ takes the overall frame size of the leveling as the standard. If there is an incorrect coordinate data during the period, the problems affecting the length of the straight line and the bending angle cannot be controlled. In order to achieve the corresponding coordinate point, the original shape may be changed. The problem will occur when the wrong step is all wrong. The YBC parameter requires that each step must conform to the data. Even if the wheel die is worn and the bending radius is deviated, the other data input will ensure the size of the workpiece to be bent later, and the overall shape will not be deviated, and the wrong steps will be corrected. That's it. In contrast, although XYZ is much simpler than YBC parameters, in terms of ensuring product quality, YBC data is more secure.
