Why choose left and right bending machine

There are many kinds of iron pipe bending machine, common single bending machine and double bending machine, and most pipe fittings can be completed by single square and round pipe bending machine, and more complicated workpieces can be realized by modifying the processing technology, such as the product bending machine in Figure 1. When the tube is turned over, there is a risk of collision with the machine. If it cannot be completed at one time, it is necessary to break the tube and bend it in sections and finally complete the splicing.

There are also requirements that cannot be broken and can only be bent as a whole. Usually, we can try to use the method of supplementary bending, and wait for other places to bend and finally bend the interference position. This method is suitable for workpieces with little interference and small output. If the supplementary bend skips the interference part in the middle and bends other parts first, the pipe will lose its clamping position, so the positioning of the bending position can only be manually positioned, so this method The most used is the supplementary bend at the end, and the straight tube at the end can be positioned by the secondary clamping of the trolley.

When the above methods do not work, you can consider using left and right bending. The difference between it and the ordinary pipe bender is that it can not rotate the workpiece, and the head part can be used to move left and right to avoid the interference of the pipe when it is rotated. Commonly used in the S-tube like Figure 2 and the chair in Figure 1

Choosing to use left and right bending can not only complete many special shapes of pipe fittings, but also improve the efficiency of using ordinary pipe benders compared with using process changes, saving workers the time for repeated clamping. So if your pipe fittings collide or interfere when they are normally bent, try using a left and right pipe bender.
